My quickie sketch on my iPad is a lame attempt to illustrate the current goings on between Parliament and the PM Teresa May.
I quote the PM.

She claims it is not herself to blame for the current impasse in the Brexit negotiations but that of the Hung Parliament.
The parliamentary impasse continues
Theresa May wants to bring her deal back for a third time to the House—but the Commons Speaker John Bercow won’t let her! The Speaker thwarted her chance this week, saying he would not allow a third vote for a motion that was ‘substantially the same’.
The PM is now in Brussels to request more time…
