The Burnt Cards

The player set his cards aflame
I thought it rather odd
to light up the pack
In the middle of a game
of blackjack
When he set fire to the ace,
You should’ve seen my face!
There is one thing I’ve learnt,
You can’t play the same
with cards that are burnt.
