For this week’s Melissa’s Fandango Flash Fiction Challenge #244 I wrote a limerick. I call it Cold Turkey (don’t ask why). Maybe a cold wind was blowing?

There was a cold turkey that lived in a field
He didn’t know he was dinner plate yield
He loved the fresh air
It just wasn’t fair
But his Thanksgiving fate was signed, set and sealed.
