This week’s photo for Melissa’s Fandango Flash Fiction Challenge #254 inspired my poem I LOST MY MAKE-Up MIRROR.

Scenic artist & book illustrator, playwright (her musical play, Rapscallion performed in inner city schools and theatre school); TV dancer; Animator and illustrator for TV production. Set up Pinecone Studios Ltd and IIMSI Ltd drama and filmmaking workshops in London – producing award-winning films made by children.

  1. it’s crazy when that happens! I know someone who found the diamond from her engagement ring a week after it fell off her ring in a parking lot!

    1. Wow! It is crazy, isn’t it? 😁
      When they were children, Andrew’s brother lost a little toy car in the sands on a beach in Yorkshire. Three years later they returned on another holiday and he dug it up building a sand castle.

      1. Reading brings further life to poetry. Now I have an accent, a tone, to “hear” when I read. You’re expressive and funny in reading. So I have that. I also really love hearing Björn read. The accent, of course, and his expressiveness.
