  4. Such a mesmeric sound of movement Lesley, that your words and flow of the poem reflect perfectly – I must visit this place I had never heard of it before! I think I hear the whistle blowing – nearing the end of my shift…. 😊

I’m sure it’s worth a visit. I’m a bit of a nerd liking Victorian machines and ironworks. 😁

You teach me poetry and I teach you a load of useless information. 🤔 Is that a fair deal?

  8. I love how you incorporate sound and your art and your poetry to make it like an experience and then you add the facts so we’re all being educated. This is incredible the detailing on that drawing is out of this world. When I first clicked the sound thing I thought it was going to be you reading the poem and then I realized it was just the sound of the machine

    1. Ooh, thank you dear Nicole, for your lovely comments. Oops, thanks for telling me about the machine noise expectation. Sorry. Next time I will be the machine. 🙂 Thanks for the thought though… I might think about reciting it… xx🙏💖
