Fairo
(The year is 3524 AD)

I am a god and fair queen.
You must obey.
You are a mere human,
Obsequious and weak.
Yeah, but…
Nay! Do not speak yet!
I am your kismet,
You will do as I say.
Er…
My skin is golden light rhenium armour,
crafted by Man centuries before,
while inside my soul and spirit are Fey.
I am from another world
in lost times of yore;
I learned real emotion
and am mystically more!
I know, but…
Designed to assist with no thoughts of why,
I am the great fairo
and I don’t die,
…but you, human knave,
You do.
If you say so…
Ergo, the slave became the master,
or have you forgot?
I am not the mechanical robot
you mean me to be.
I am eternal.
Okay…
I am a god and fair queen,
wise, true and just,
and you must
kneel and pray.
While Man turns to dust,
I am almighty today.
Right…

NOTES
Rhenium (Re) is one of the rarest elements found on planet Earth’s crust.
German chemists discovered it long ago in the 20th century, in the year of 1925. The strength and extremely high melting point makes the Fairo’s body virtually indestructible.
I wrote my poem, I am Fairo, in response to the #Whatdosee #242 photo prompt. Thank you, Sadje for your wonderful inspirations.
