Haha!
I haven’t laughed this much for years!
I’ve laughed so much,
I’m brought to tears!
I can’t believe that,
You must laugh every day—
as I’m sure you do!
Why?
Every time you face the mirror,
and look at you!
Haha, that’s unkind,
And untrue,
I’m sorry,
Here, take my consolation money—
Do you mind?
That ain’t funny,
nor a joke,
I know you’re lying,
because I know you’re broke.
C’mon it’s time to go,
I’ve laughed so much,
my sides ache,
and I need to pee.
Don’t you know the plight you’re in?
Don’t you see?
Haha!
Don’t you know where we are?
Haha!
(I look through the window,
and touch the glass,
I shrug my shoulders,
and scratch my arse)
We’re inside a work of art,
At the Tate,
C’mon mate,
I’ve laughed so much,
I need to go!
You can’t.
This ain’t no acting part.
They’ve locked us in!
I cross my heart.
We’re locked up,
In the loony bin.
They’ve locked us up,
In the loony bin?
We’ve been here years…
(I laugh so much,
I’m brought to tears)
Wha’?
You really have no idea where we are?
Haha, haha, haha, ha!
