  6. Now how do I get into jeans that are already too small? That is the real question!

    1. I’m sorry, but I’m afraid these washing instructions don’t cover that aspect.
      (Tip: If they’re woollen jeans, soak them in a bath of fabric conditioner then spread them out on a table and push and tease the material out—and the fabric will stretch.)

  8. We were always told to wash them in hot water but not dry them and then wear them wet. I never tried that myself. (K)
