I love foxes and sometimes make foxy jewellery pieces.



Lesley lives in the City of London Square Mile. An artist, actor and sculptor (her first ceramic sculpture won the V&A inspired by… Award). Scenic artist & book illustrator, playwright (her musical play, Rapscallion performed in inner city schools and theatre school); TV dancer; Animator and illustrator for TV production. Set up Pinecone Studios Ltd and IIMSI Ltd drama and filmmaking workshops in London – producing award-winning films made by children.

      Me too! I leave a towel draping into my bath so spiders can get out… and every tiny insect is precious.

  6. A brilliant poem, Lesley, and I enjoyed the subtle rhyming scheme.
    When I heard, all those years ago, that fox hunting was to be banned, I was overjoyed . . . but, yeah, it never came to anything. 😦
