  1. Thanks for the laugh. I used to breed Scots Greys – a traditional breed that’s now endangered. They were feral and completely at one with their dinosaur origins – velociraptors in feather suits. Unfortunately, it became too difficult to source unrelated breeding stock then bird flu hit a few years back. Chickens and bees really made the croft hustle and bustle.

      Oh my word, how cool is that to own velociraptors! I’m sorry and saddened to hear about how rare they are/were and that they suffered from bird flu. Did any survive? The buzzing hum of your croft must have been amazing. Does your croft no longer hum and buzz? This would make me sad.
      May I wish you and yours a Happy New Year and I hope there’s a buzz in it somewhere. 🐝🐓🍾
